Mon-Thurs, same old workout…….now on my way to Scotland!
I am jealous of you if you get seasons and get to run in cool weather. I am really looking forward to running in the cooler weather in Dundee, Scotland. At least I don’t need to run first thing in the morning like I do in South Florida to beat the heat. This morning, at 6:00AM, it was 78 and the humidity was high.
I found a few good routes the last time I was in Scotland, and even saw deer, so definitely doing that run again. My 6 mile run is a one way run along the beach ( it is the North Sea so you can imagine the wind howling) then through woods and past two golf courses, Monifieth and Carnoustie. The last time I got the bus back but this time I am planning on doing both ways. I will keep you posted.

Day of rest- Why do I feel like I am cheating on myself?
Fridays are normally my usual long run days but today I had to frost a surprise birthday cake , prepare guacamole for my "secret pal," before I went to work. I had to give up on my daily workout. I felt guilty! I felt like I was missing something all day. Just goes to show how exercise does rule your life and how missing it makes you feel.

Cardio Boxing- 1 long hour!
Love the class, love the workout, love the sets but too many in a small room gives a lots of DNA sweat! I was ready to call it quits ater 45 minutes but stuck it out until the end. My legs were sweating!!!!!

Pilates
Pilates is such a great exercise. It works on your core and your flexibilty. I always feel relaxed yet rejuvinated after it, and reayd for my next class, Cardio boxing.

Combo- Abs/2.5 mile run/1650 yard swim
Amaxing myself that I wake up without the alarm to get to the gym for the Abs class. Did my 2. 5 mile run around the neighborhood and a shorter swim as usual because thought of work related things started to cloud my mind.
